To pursue our ambitious growth strategy, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d). For this position you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding business in your local market. A minimum of 5 years of FMCG wholesale experience and a high level of enthusiasm for sales are required for this position.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new businesses and further developing our B2B client base across different medical goods segments
  • You proactively develop sales opportunities
  • You draft, conceptualize and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team
  • You are establishing and maintaining a high sales call volume with Director, Vice President and C-Level executives
  • You will meet prospective clients for presentations and actively organize speaking opportunities (occasional travel required)

Your Qualification

  • You gained 5 years professional experience in sales, outbound B2B sales as well as in acquiring new business, ideally in the FMCG field
  • You have excellent Japanese and great English skills
  • You show a competitive sales nature with a desire to win
  • You are an extroverted, smart and professional character with an ability to put yourself in your customers' shoes
  • You are able to negotiate with Corporate or Director level employees
  • You have desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business
  • You ideally have a valid German residence and a work permit

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
