Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst den Personaleinsatz und die Maschinenbelegung der Schichtgruppe und führst Schicht-, Dienst- und Einsatzpläne
- Du überwachst Arbeitsabläufe im laufenden Schichtbetrieb und bist für eine reibungslose Schichtübergabe verantwortlich
- Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter:innen ein und beseitigst selbstständig Produktionsstörungen oder veranlasst deren Beseitigung
- Du berichtest an die Leitung des Produktionsbereiches
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung der Arbeitsschutz- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt eine technische Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d)
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich der Mitarbeiterführung gesammelt
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Fertigungstechnik mit
- Du kannst erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics NAV), CAD und Office-Programmen vorweisen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
