Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kümmern sich um Koordination und fachliche Führung der Nachunternehmer
- Sie verantworten Entgegennahme, Disponierung, Realisierung und Abrechnung von Aufträgen
- Sie überwachen die Ausführung hinsichtlich aller technischen und rechtlichen Bestimmungen
- Sie stellen die termin- und fachgerechte Bearbeitung aller Ausschreibungen und Angebote sicher
- Sie zählen die Terminfestlegung und -kontrolle zu Ihren Aufgaben
- Sie prüfen und vervollständigen Auftragsdokumentationen
- Sie prüfen Nachunternehmerrechnungen und -verträge
- Sie erledigen Verwaltungsarbeiten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Gesellenprüfung (als Anlagenmechaniker SHK, Elektroniker, Bodenleger oder Tischler) oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Bestandspflege von Wohnimmobilien
- Sie zeichnet selbstständiges Arbeiten und übergreifende Denkweise aus
- Sie bringen kaufmännisches und technisches Hintergrundwissen mit
- Sie können sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse vorweisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
