- Beratung und Betreuung des/der Vorstandsbereiche und Bereichsleiter*innen bzgl. Arbeitsrecht, HR-Prozesse, Vergütung etc.
- Entwicklung und Einführung von HR-Strategien, -Initiativen und –Programmen
- Organisationsentwicklung und Change Management.
- Performance Management
- Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der HR-Businesspartner Prozesse.
- Design und Implementierung von Transformation - und Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen
- Professionelles Stakeholder Management.
- Bereitstellung von HR Reports und KPIs
- Initiierung und Begleitung von nationalen/internationalen HR Projekten zur Einführung von neuen HR Instrumenten, Prozessen etc.
- Beratung und Coaching des Vorstands und der Bereichsleiter*innen - Mentoring und Coaching der anderen HR Funktionen

Das wünschen wir uns:
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung als HR Business Partner im HR Bereich eines größeren Unternehmens, idealerweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
- Betriebswirtschaftliches oder psychologisches Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Gute Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
- Hohe Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung
- Flexibilität und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse des deutschen Arbeitsrechts, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrechts
- Erfahrung mit MS-Office, Google Suite und SAP R/3 HR wünschenswert
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
