Für unser Büro im Frankfurter Westend suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Investment Asset Manager:in - Wohn- und Geschäftsimmobilien / Akquise (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie werden im Team und eigenständig Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trendanalysen für den deutschen Wohnimmobilienmarkt durchführen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Analyse und Bewertung von Teilmärkten, Standorten und der Qualität von Immobilien
- Die Besichtigung von spannenden Objekten deutschlandweit nehmen Sie mit Kollegen oder eigenständig vor (Reiseanteil ca. 2 Tage in der Woche)
- Im Team erarbeiten Sie die Beschaffung, Analyse und Bewertung potenzieller Immobilieninvestitionen
- Die Due Diligence lernen Sie als ganzheitlichen Prozess kennen
- Sie erstellen Cashflow-, Szenarien- und Risikomodelle (Excel)
- Sie bereiten interne und externe Präsentationen vor
- Bei Investitionsentscheidungen wirken Sie bereits früh mit
- Proaktiv und eigenständig übernehmen Sie die Eigentümerfunktion sowie die teilweise Verantwortung für das analytische, strategische und operative Asset Management
- Sie arbeiten mit dem Property-Management zusammen und übernehmen die direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein betriebswirtschaftliches und/oder bautechnisches Studium abgeschlossen (Real Estate Management, Immobilienökonomie, Immobilienwirtschaft, Immobilienmanagement, BWL)
- Immobilienspezifische Zusatzausbildungen sind gerne gesehen
- Sie bringen einschlägige Kenntnisse des deutschen Immobilienmarktes mit und haben großes Interesse daran
- Sie haben ein analytisches Verständnis, hohe Zahlenaffinität, Aufmerksamkeit für Details sowie Risikosensibilität
- Erste Wertsteigerungspotenziale erkennen Sie nach eigener Analyse und es gelingt Ihnen eine erste Einschätzung bezüglich möglicher Maßnahmen nach Besichtigungen vorzunehmen
- Sie haben sehr gute Kontakt- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, verbunden mit professionellem und verbindlichem Auftreten
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bautechnische Erfahrung oder praktische Kenntnisse von Immobilien mit
- Sie sind bereit Verantwortung zu übernehmen und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Eine leistungsorientierte, flexible und unternehmerische Denkweise zeichnet Sie aus
- Sie sind teamfähig, zuverlässig, flexibel und bringen eine Leidenschaft für Immobilien mit
- Eine Reisetätigkeit zu übernehmen erfreut Sie und Sie haben einen Führerschein der Klasse B, bzw. 3
- Ihre Deutschkenntnisse sind verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
