Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst in Java unsere Kern-Frameworks weiter und schaffst damit eine stabile und performante Basis für unsere Web- und Mobile-Anwendungen.
- Du gestaltest und pflegst die zentralen Core Services und APIs, die als primäre Schnittstelle für unsere Anwendungsentwicklungsteams dienen.
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung plattformweiter Funktionalitäten wie Security, Search und Dokumenten-Management und bringst dabei deine Ideen zur Software-Architektur aktiv ein.
- Du stellst durch Code-Reviews, Tests und eine sorgfältige Dokumentation die hohe Qualität und Wartbarkeit deiner Lösungen sicher und arbeitest dabei eng mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im MINT-Bereich (z.B. Informatik) abgeschlossen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit.
- Du verfügst über fundierte, mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Java und hast idealerweise bereits mit Kern-Frameworks gearbeitet.
- Ein gutes Verständnis für komplexe Software-Architekturen und Design-Prinzipien ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Deine analytische, strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du kommunizierst klar und zielgerichtet im Team.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
