Was erwartet dich?
- An der spannenden Schnittstelle zwischen Wirtschaft, Psychologie und Technologie arbeitest Du mit unseren selbst entwickelten zukunftsweisenden Softwarelösungen in der dynamischen Startup-Szene.
- Du planst und erstellst geeignete Konzepte zur Optimierung unseres Webauftritts.
- Aktiv betreibst Du Keyword-Recherchen, zur Festlegung der Grundlage für relevanten Content.
- Du analysierst und erhebst relevante SEO-Kennzahlen zur Qualitätssicherung.
- Den Markt und aktuelle Trends hast Du stets im Blick und weißt diesen zum Ausbau von Wettbewerbsvorteilen zu nutzen.
- Teamwork is Key! In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Team erstellst Du eigene Blogposts und anderen relevanten Content.
- Wir arbeiten kontinuierlich an uns und der Verbesserung unserer Services. Dementsprechend hast Du viel Mitsprache bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Kommunikations-, Medienwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung hast Du erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du hast erste Berufserfahrung in der SEO-Optimierung von Webseiten und/oder im Online-Marketing und konntest bereits erste Erfolge mit den gängigen Web-Analyse-Tools, wie z.B. Sistrix, Ahrefs, Google Search Console oder Google Analytics erzielen.
- Mit Power Point, Excel, Word kannst Du sicher umgehen.
- Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit HTML, XML und CSS sowie in der Website-Gestaltung mit Wordpress.
- Du hast Spaß am Erstellen von Blogposts und anderem Content.
- Analytisches Denken, eine ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und Dein Organisationstalent zeichnen Dich aus.
- Du hast eine proaktive Arbeitsweise und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- Communication is Key! Durch Deine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit überzeugst Du Jeden.
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englisch Kenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
