Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium oder eine Technikerausbildung in den Bereichen Versorgungstechnik, Energietechnik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, effizient und strukturiert und haben Spaß an der Teamarbeit
- Sie bringen gute MS-Excel und allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse mit
- Sie besitzen betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im Bereich der gewerblichen Energieversorgung und Erfahrung mit energietechnischer MSR-Technik

Wir sind ein inhabergeführtes, mittelständisches Unternehmen, das 2017 aus einem Unternehmensverbund im Kontext von Planung und Realisierung von Energieerzeugungsanlagen ausgegründet wurde. Unser Team umfasst rund 30 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter am Unternehmensstandort in Bietigheim-Bissingen und unserem technischen Standort in Ditzingen sowie 10 technische Anlagenbetreuer, die an unterschiedlichen Standorten für die sichere Energieerzeugung und Wärmeverteilung verantwortlich sind. Wir sind spezialisiert auf Energieanlagen und übernehmen die komplette Betriebsführung von der Erzeugung bis hin zur Verteilung. Unsere patentiere Wasseraufbereitungstechnik bietet eine Lösung, die mit einem mobilen System das Heizwasser im laufenden Betrieb reinigt.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
