Einsätze vor Ort bei Mandanten
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen für unsere Mandanten und nutzt dabei schwerpunktmäßig DATEV.
- Du leitest anspruchsvolle Projekte im internationalen Steuerrecht, von der Transferpreisgestaltung bis zur steuerlichen Umstrukturierung, und agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Mandanten.
- Du berätst proaktiv bei komplexen steuerlichen Sonderfragen, begleitest Betriebsprüfungen und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte Strategien zur Steueroptimierung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit im Team wirkst Du bei der Erstellung von steuerlichen Gutachten und Due-Diligence-Analysen mit, um fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen zu schaffen.
- Du teilst Dein Fachwissen durch das Verfassen von Fachartikeln und hast die Möglichkeit, bei Interesse auch Projekte in der Wirtschaftsprüfung zu unterstützen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Steuerberater:in oder in einer vergleichbaren Position mit und bist versiert in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und Steuererklärungen.
- Im Umgang mit DATEV bist du sicher und routiniert.
- Du hast ein starkes Interesse an komplexen steuerlichen Sonderfällen, idealerweise bereits mit internationalem Bezug.
- Als kommunikative Persönlichkeit schätzt du den direkten Austausch mit Mandant:innen und die Zusammenarbeit im Team.
- Erste Erfahrungen in der Wirtschaftsprüfung sind ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
