Junior ECM Application Service Operator (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die Ausführung des Application Services und Supports für Direktkunden und Business Partner zuständig
- Du übernimmst die präventive Analyse und das Monitoring von Kundensystemen zur Gewährleistung eines reibungslosen Betriebs
- Du bearbeitest Service-Requests und Incidents im 2nd Level Support, analysierst Logeinträgen, löst Betriebsstörungen und implementierst Changes
- Du administrierst Systemlösungen
- Du unterstützt Partner:innen und Kund:innen bei technischen Fragen, der Projektteams bei infrastrukturellen Themen (u.a. Installation, Transporte), der QA und Produktentwicklung (Feedback zu Supportfällen) sowie des IT-Service Managers (Reporting, Service-Design etc.)
- Du wirkst mit, an Projekt- und System-QA bei Releases, im Ausbau interner Wissensspeicher, beim Aufbau und Betrieb von unseren Cloud-Services sowie bei der Erstellung und Umsetzung von Automatisierungskonzepten
- Du koordinierst betriebsrelevante Themen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Datenbanken (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
- Du bist erfahren in der Mitarbeit von Software-Projekten, idealerweise im ECM-Umfeld sowie im Bereich IT-Support oder IT-Service wünschenswert
- Du besitzt grundlegende Kenntnisse im Bereich Testplanung / Testing sowie idealerweise Programmierkenntnisse
- Du überzeugst mit einem freundlichen Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen und hast Spaß an der Systemanalyse
- Du zeichnest dich aus, durch eine analytische und logische Denkweise sowie durch ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gepaart mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
- Du kannst gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift vorweisen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
