Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten in der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik – von der Angebotskalkulation bis zur finalen Abrechnung.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit mit Auftraggebern, Behörden sowie Sachverständigen und stellen einen reibungslosen Projektablauf sicher.
- Sie führen das Projektteam fachlich, arbeiten eng mit den Bauleitern zusammen und erstellen präzise Termin- sowie Personaleinsatzpläne.
- Das Kostencontrolling und die Budgetüberwachung behalten Sie während des gesamten Projektverlaufs fest im Blick und erstellen die entsprechenden Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen.
- Sie stellen eine lückenlose technische Dokumentation sicher, erstellen Revisionsunterlagen und wirken bei der Ausarbeitung von nachgelagerten Wartungsverträgen mit.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker bzw. ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Fachplanung und Bauleitung mit, idealerweise in der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik.
- Im Umgang mit MS Office sind Sie versiert und arbeiten sich schnell in neue Software ein.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und selbstständig, gepaart mit einer hohen Serviceorientierung und einem Auge fürs Detail.
- Als kommunikativer Teamplayer arbeiten Sie gerne mit verschiedenen Projektbeteiligten zusammen und bringen eine hohe Lernbereitschaft mit.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, um eine reibungslose Kommunikation sicherzustellen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
