Wir suchen einen Facharzt (m/w/d) für Allgemeinmedizin / Innere Medizin zur Anstellung in einer unserer neu eingerichteten Hausarztpraxen (MVZ) in sehr guten Lagen in Stuttgart. Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um die Beratung, Diagnostik und Behandlung allgemeinmedizinischer Patienten – wir unterstützen deine Arbeit durch Bereitstellung einer umfassenden Softwarelösung inkl. eigener App für Patienten und Praxis. Administrative Tätigkeiten wie Personal, Einkauf oder Abrechnung werden zentral betreut.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du stellst die medizinische Diagnostik und Behandlung der Patienten vor Ort sicher
- Du koordinierst das Praxisteam, unterstützt durch ein zentrales Team, das dir administrative Tätigkeiten abnimmt
- Du teilst deine Praxiserfahrungen mit unserem Software-Entwicklerteam, das auf Basis deines Feedbacks die digitalen Anwendungen optimiert
- Du gestaltest und prägst die medizinische Vision, wirkst mit an Studien zur Entwicklung von Präventionsprogrammen und der Entwicklung der allgemeinmedizinischen Patientenbetreuung der Zukunft

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen in Deutschland anerkannten Facharzt für Allgemeinmedizin oder Innere Medizin
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung im ambulanten Bereich und hattest bereits Berührungspunkte mit der Steuerung und Verwaltung einer Praxis
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine sehr gute Organisationsfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du besitzt sehr gute Deutsch- und Basis-Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Idealerweise besitzt du eine Zusatzbezeichnung z.B. in der Chirotherapie, Sportmedizin oder Reisemedizin
- Außerdem bringst du ein großes Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung medizinischer Konzepte, digitaler Anwendungen und neuer, evidenzbasierter Diagnostik- und Behandlungsmethoden mit
- Sicherer Umgang mit Computern und digitalen Anwendungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
