Ihre Aufgaben
- Sie begleiten und steuern entsprechende Prozesse über die gesamte Transaktion von der Vorbereitung, Kontaktaufnahme über die Due Diligence bis hin zu (Vertrags-)Verhandlungen und Signing
- Sie beraten und begleiten Klienten und Investoren und bauen stetig ein eigenes Netzwerk zur Akquise von neuen Projekten aus
- Sie betreuen nationale und internationale M&A-Projekte (Buy-Side und Sell-Side) in verschiedenen Industriesektoren
- Sie analysieren Branchen und Geschäftsmodelle, relevante Wettbewerber und potentielle Investoren bzw. Targets
- Sie erstellen Business-, Merger- und LBO-Modelle sowie Bewertungs- und sonstigen Analysen in der Abwicklungsphase
- Sie erstellen Unternehmensanalysen, Exposés und Informationsmemoranden (Schwerpunkt Strategie)
- Sie kümmern sich um das Mentoring für Young Professionals

- Sie bringen mehrjährige Transaktionserfahrung im Bereich M&A/Investment Banking, Corporate M&A oder Private Equity mit
- Sie verfügen über einschlägige Kenntnisse in der strategischen Analyse und finanziellen Bewertung von Handlungsoptionen im Bereich M&A
- Sie arbeiten sich zügig in neue Aufgaben ein und sind in hohem Maße qualitäts- und erfolgsorientiert
- Sie können Wettbewerbsumfelder und Geschäftsmodelle erfassen und komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufbereiten
