Was erwartet dich?
- Du bearbeitest die Leistungsphasen 6 bis 9 und überprüfst die Ausführungsplanung.
- Du erstellst Leistungsverzeichnisse und wirkst bei der Vergabe entscheidend mit.
- Du verantwortest die Bauüberwachung des Projekts bis zur Übergabe an den Bauherrn, dies erfordert ein hohes Maß an Erfahrung und beinhaltet große Projektverantwortung.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du kannst eine einschlägige Erfahrung als Freiraumplaner, mit einem Studium der Landschaftsarchitektur oder einem ähnlichen Abschluss nachweisen
- Du bringst die Fähigkeit mit, strukturiert und mit einem Auge für das Detail zu arbeiten
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein freundliches, selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Lust auf den Umgang mit öffentlichen und privaten Auftraggebern, Behörden und anderen Planungsbeteiligten aus
- Du hast Spaß daran Projekte in ihrer Umsetzung zu begleiten und zu verantworten
- Du verfügst über eine gestalterische Kompetenz, ein technisches Verständnis sowie umfangreiche Kenntnisse einschlägiger Vorschriften und Richtlinien
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office und ORCA AVA
- Absolut wichtig in unserem Umfeld ist, dass du sehr gut Deutsch sprichst und schreibst! Verhandlungssicher Level C2!!
- Du hast starke Nerven und stets auch ein offenes Ohr für die Kollegen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
