Du nimmst aktiv Einfluss auf die Entwicklung und die Erfolge deines Teams. Du bist verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung und Gewährleistung der Administration und Gestaltung unserer deutschlandweiten IT-Infrastruktur und unserer Datensicherheit. Als Team Lead (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die disziplinarische und fachliche Führung deines Teams IT-Infrastruktur, mit dem du die nachfolgend genannten Aufgaben im Sinne unserer Unternehmensziele vorantreibst.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den reibungslosen Betrieb der deutschlandweiten IT-Infrastruktur
- Du übernimmst die Administration und das Monitoring des bestehenden LAN/WAN Netzwerks und der TK-Anlage sowie der ca. 80 Server (Windows Server 2008, 2008R2, 2012R2, 2016, Exchange
2016 und Exchange Online) an allen Standorten - Du betreust, monitorst und entwickelst den zentralen Verzeichnisdienst (Active Directory und Azure AD)
- Du führst IT-Infrastruktur und Telefonie Projekte durch (bspw. Server-Migrationsprojekten oder Vereinheitlichung der Telefonie) gemeinsam mit unseren globalen IT-Spezialist:innen Teams
- Du koordinierst den Second-Level-IT-Support und unterstützt bei der Beschaffung von IT-Hard- und Software
- Du überwachst und überarbeitest die Systemrichtlinien
- Du verantwortest die ständige fachliche und personelle Entwicklung des Teams und die Stärken und Schwächen jedes einzelnen Teammitglieds
- Du führst Mitarbeitendengespräche mit dem Fokus auf Lösungsorientierung, Beteiligung, Motivation und Wertschätzung
- Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeitenden (Identifizierung und Förderung von Potenzialen, Konfliktmanagement, Empathie)

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) bzw. ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung im IT-Umfeld
- Du hast Kenntnisse agiler Methoden und Erfahrung in Moderation und Training im IT-Umfeld, du hast Berufserfahrung als IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d), vorzugsweise in einer Microsoft Umgebung
- Du hast sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, SQL)
- Du bist ein guter Coach und Mentor (m/w/d)
- Du ermächtigst deine Teammitglieder und betreibst kein Mikromanagement
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
