Was erwartet dich?
- Im Serverraum bist du der Chef, mit der Hand am Blech implementierst und installierst du die verkauften Lösungen beim Kunden vor Ort
- Für den Vertrieb bist du der wichtigste Mann, wenn es um die technische Beratung der Kunden geht
- Du schlüpfst in die Rolle des Ausbilders und schulst Kollegen und Kunden in unseren IT-Lösungen
- Du bist das Gesicht bei internen Veranstaltungen und Messen und hältst dort Präsentationen zu den „angesagten Trends“ aus der IT-Branche
- Bei uns arbeitest du bereichs- und abteilungsübergreifend im Team
- Zur Abwechslung bist du nach Rotationsprinzip auch im Support Ansprechpartner für Probleme und Fragestellungen der Kunden und unterstützt die Kollegen im 2nd Level und im 3rd-Level Support

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit
- Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux- Betriebssystemen und idealerweise im Datenbank- und Applikations-Umfeld
- Idealerweise bringst du Erfahrungen in der Konzeption, Migration und Implementierung von Storage, Compute, Virtualisierung, Backup-Lösungen sowie in Außenstellenkonzepten mit und kennst dich vorzugsweise im Netzwerk-Umfeld aus
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, Macher, Kümmerer und bist absolut kunden- und serviceorientiert. Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lösungskompetenz zeichnen dich aus.
- Du verfügst über eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und bist dabei authentisch. Ein freundliches und souveränes Auftreten charakterisieren dich
- Neue Trends wie Automatisierung, Containerisierung und Orchestrierung sind keine losen Worthülsen für dich
- Du bist bringst eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft mit und sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
