- Prozesse aufsetzen, gestalten, dokumentieren, optimieren ist das, was du kannst, was du liebst und, was dich glücklich machht, stets mit dem Blick dafür, dass gesetzliche und aufsichtsrechtliche Vorgaben eingehalten werden.
- Egal ob ganz neue oder abgeänderte Prozesse - passiert ein Change im Unternehmen, springst du ein und weißt genau, was zu tun ist.
- Dein oberstes Ziel? Das Schaffen von Effizienz durch Process Automation, undzwar in all unseren operativen und kundenbezogenen Abläufen.
- Du erarbeitest eine Automatisierungs-Roadmap für unsere wichtigsten (Sub-) Prozesse, übernimmst das Re-Design der Prozesse und begleitest die Umsetzung und technische Implementierung vom MVP zur vollen Lösung.
- Gemeinsam mit unseren Squad Leads und unserem Head of Operations erarbeitest du Vorgaben, Methoden und Modelle für eine effektive Process Automation. Zusätzlich bist du erste/r Ansprechpartner:in für die Best Practice Nutzung vorhandener Lösungen in der Application Landscape zur Prozessautomatisierung.
- Ob Sales, Relationship Mangement oder unserem Investmentteam - du hast Berührungspunkten mit allen Abteilungen im Unternehmen und bist eine der wichtigen Schnittstellen zwischen den Fachabteilungen und unseren Developer Teams.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung mit sehr gutem Erfolg abgeschlossen oder du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Banken- oder Versicherungswesen, mit einer entsprechenden Zusatzqualifikation (Bankfachwirt:in, Versicherungsfachwirt:in o.ä.), erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung, z.B. im Operationsbereich einer Bank oder Versicherungsgesellschaft, einer Managementberatung, einem Hyper-Growth Start-up oder in einem anderen analytischen, Hands-on Bereich untermauern deinen Werdegang.
- Vorwissen mit regulatorischen Voraussetzungen und Finanzwesen-Standards (KWG, MaRisk, EBA Richtlinien, etc.) und/oder im Risikomanagement wären schön, sind aber kein Muss.
- Du denkst und handelst stets unternehmerisch, analytisch, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
- Du fühlst dich in einem agilen, iterativen und temporeichen Arbeitsumfeld wohl.
- Du bist super ehrgeizig, überzeugst mit out-of-the-box Ideen und hast große Lust darauf, richtig anzupacken, Themen zu gestalten und voranzubringen.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke zeigt sich im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen, die du problemlos begeistern, überzeugen und anleiten kannst, um so gemeinsam ans Ziel zu kommen.
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnissen runden dein Profil ab.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
