  • Du entwickelst eine Employer Branding Strategie, um unser Unternehmen als Arbeitgeber bekannt zu machen
  • Du leitest zielgruppenspezifische Maßnahmen ab und steuerst deren Umsetzung
  • Du etablierst Kanäle für HR-relevante Inhalte und bist für die Entwicklung von Content verantwortlich
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Marketingteam zusammen
  • Du baust das Personalmarketing des Unternehmens aus und etablierst Kooperationen mit Schulen und Hochschulen
  • Du bist auch auf externen Veranstaltungen unser Gesicht für potenzielle Bewerber*innen
  • Du misst und analysierst den Erfolg der unterschiedlichen Employer Branding und Personalmarketing-Maßnahmen
  • Du verantwortest das Thema allein, bist jedoch eng in das HR-Team eingebunden und im aktiven Austausch mit den operativen People Partnern und anderen Expertenbereichen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

  • Du hast ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation oder (Personal-)Marketing erfolgreich abgeschlossen
  • Du verfügst bereits über umfassende Erfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre wünschenswert) im Bereich Employer Branding und Personalmarketing
  • Du bist kreativ und interessiert an aktuellen Trends und Entwicklungen
  • Du arbeitest gerne eigenverantwortlich an Konzepten und neuen Ideen
  • Du verbleibst nicht in der Planung und Entwicklung, sondern setzt die Themen auch aktiv und nachhaltig um
  • Du trittst sehr sicher und professionell auf, überzeugst durch deine Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit und hast Freude an Networking
  • Du bist absolut sicher im Umgang mit MS Office-Produkten
  • Du bestenfalls auch versiert im Umgang mit gängigen Grafikprogrammen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
