Deine Aufgaben
- Du betrachtest strategische und organisatorische Fragestellungen in technisch orientierten Unternehmen
- Du strukturierst komplexe Problemfelder, analysierst relevante Daten und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du arbeitest an dem Strukturwandel oder der Optimierung eines Netzbetreibers. Der Fokus liegt dabei auf den technischen Bereichen in Strategie, Planung, Bau und Betrieb
- Du arbeitest mit der Projektleitung an der Durchführung von Workshops und der Dokumentation von Ergebnissen vor Ort oder remote
- Du treibst durch Deine kreativen Ideen interne Projekte voran und hilfst beim unternehmensweiten Wissensaufbau mit

- Du konntest schon praktische Erfahrungen in der Management-Beratung sammeln
- Du hast ein überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master)
- Egal ob BWL, VWL, Ingenieurswesen oder Consulting-Schwerpunkt mit Affinität für Technik – Unsere Projekte und Aufgaben sind vielfältig
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Skills sowie strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken zeichnen Dich aus
- Du bist kommunikationsstark und verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
