Wir suchen ab sofort einen Tragwerksplaner & Projektmanager (m/w/d), der sich unserem Team anschließt und die technische & wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für unsere Planungsprojekte im Betonfertigteil-Bereich übernimmt. Du bist Teil unseres internationalen Teams für die Konstruktion von Betonfertigteilen nach der BIM-Methode. Eine anspruchsvolle Position mit verschiedenen Projekten, z.B. Hochhäuser, Logistikzentren oder Produktionsgebäuden.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest internationale Projektteams fachlich und koordinierst mit Bauherr, Architekt, Projektleiter, Werksleiter, externen Ingenieurbüros und dem Prüfingenieur
- Du verarbeitest den Projekt-Input durch Prüfen der Korrektheit und Sicherstellen der Vollständigkeit (Architekten- & TGA-Pläne, Geotechnischer Bericht, Lastannahmen, usw.)
- Du diskutierst technische Fragen hinsichtlich statischer Berechnung und Bewehrungsführung gemäß Eurocode
- Du überwachst den Projektfortschritt, prüfst Lastkalkulationen, Berechnungsmodelle, Statikberichte sowie BIM-Modell, Übersichts- und Elementpläne
- Du legst erforderliche Nachweise mit dem verantwortlichen Ingenieur fest
- Du unterstützt die Durchführung statischen Berechnungen für Betonfertigteilkonstruktionen gemäß Eurocode
- Du verwaltest Änderungen und Revisionen entlang des Bemessungsprozesses und verbesserst kontinuierlich die Prozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium des Bauingenieurwesens mit Schwerpunkt konstruktiver Ingenieurbau (Dipl.-Ing. / M.Eng. / M.Sc.), sowie über mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Tragwerksplaner für Stahlbeton- und Spannbetonfertigteil- sowie Ortbetonkonstruktionen
- Du begeisterst dich für technische Innovationen und internationale Projektarbeit
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Projekten
- Du strebst nach ausschließlich exzellenter Arbeit und Ergebnissen
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikations- und Kollaborationsfähigkeit aus
- Gute Englisch-Kenntnisse runden dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
