- Du bist zuständig für Kundenbetreuung und Klärung von Anfragen per E-Mail, Social Media und Telefon
- Du übernimmst die Dokumentation von jeglichen Anliegen in der Datenbank und den Kommunikationstools
- Du bearbeitest Kundenanfragen zu Reklamationen und Retouren

- Du hast gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Du bist am Telefon, per Mail und in den sozialen Medien charmant, sicher und verbindlich
- Du hast idealerweise erste relevante Berufserfahrung im Customer Service gesammelt
- Du besitzt ein gutes Verständnis für Software, mobile Geräte und weitere technische Produkte

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
