Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung unserer Online-Marketingstrategie zur Reichweitensteigerung, Kundengewinnung und zum weiteren Brand-Aufbau
- Du entwickelst Marketing Kampagnen, einschließlich E-Mail-Marketing, Social Media, Webinare, Veranstaltungen, Direktwerbung, Inside Sales und Content-Marketing
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen
- Du erkennst und testest Trends und Technologien im digitalen Marketing
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales & Product Team zusammen, um unsere Reichweite zu vergrößern und Leads zu generieren
- Du kümmerst Dich um die Weiterentwicklung unserer Website

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Berufserfahrung (mind. 2 Jahre) im Growth Hacking, Performance-Marketing und explorativem Marketing im B2C und B2B-Umfeld, gerne in einem Start-up Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Betreuung von Marketing-Kanälen
- Kreative, analytische und unternehmerische Denkweise
- Teamplayer und Organisationstalent mit selbstständiger, sauberer sowie strukturierter Arbeitsweise
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend (Jede andere Sprache ist ein Plus)

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
