Teamleiter für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung (m/w/d)
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Leitung eines derzeit zehnköpfigen Teams aus Kreditorenbuchhaltern am Standort Dortmund oder Salzgitter
- Sie verantworten die tägliche Steuerung der Prozesse und die operative Führung Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
- Sie stellen die korrekte und fristgerechte Kreditorenkontenführung und Rechnungsprüfung sicher
- Sie arbeiten aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützen aus kreditorischer Perspektive
- Sie tragen zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung bestehender Abläufe bei
- Sie stehen gemeinsam mit Ihrer Abteilungsleitung unseren internen Kunden, den Einkaufsabteilungen sowie Wirtschafts- und Steuerprüfer:innen bei kaufmännischen Fragen zur Seite

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie können ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einer Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Rechnungswesen vorweisen
- Sie haben erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung eines größeren Teams und legen Wert auf moderne und kooperative Führungsprinzipien
- Sie bringen umfangreiche Kenntnisse in der Buchführung und Erfahrung in operativen Buchhaltungsprozessen mit
- Sie kennen sich mit der Anwendung Microsoft Office, SAP ERP und idealerweise SAP S/4HANA aus
- Sie verstehen sich selbst als kommunikationsstarken Dienstleister (w/m/d) und schaffen es, Ihre Mitarbeitenden zu begeistern
- Sie überzeugen durch Souveränität, eine starke Hands-on-Mentalität und Lösungsorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
