- Du unterstützt in Projekten von der aktiven Akquisition über die Angebotserstellung bis hin zur Umsetzung und / oder Ergebnispräsentation
- Du gewährleistest die umfassende Beratung unserer Kunden bei der Analyse, Optimierung und aktiven Gestaltung von Prozessen, Methoden, Systemen oder Organisationsveränderungen
- Du trittst als täglicher Ansprechpartner gegenüber dem Kunden auf und baust enge und langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung und Führungsverantwortung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens fünf Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung im Bankensektor, Versicherungsbereich oder in einem renommierten Beratungsunternehmen, vorzugsweise mit Fokus auf Financial Services sowie über Erfahrung in Projektleitung und Mitarbeiterführung
- Du bringst bestenfalls Erfahrung in einem der folgenden Themen: SB-Banking, Wertpapierabwicklung, Risikomanagement, Compliance Management oder internationale Steuerthemen (u.a. FATCA, CRS, QI) mit
- Du zeichnest dich durch sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie durch deine Flexibilität, unternehmerisches Denken, Engagement und deine hohe Belastbarkeit aus
- Deine Reisebereitschaft rundet dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
