Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst selbständig Reparaturen und Wartungen an Spritzgießwerkzeugen durch, kodierst Spritzgusswerkzeuge um und übernimmst die zeitliche Koordination dieser Prozesse
- Du gestaltest präventiv Maßnahmen und arbeitest bei ständigen Optimierungsprozessen mit
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Einrichten und Bedienen von konventionell gesteuerten Werkzeugmaschinen sowie das Anfertigen von Ersatzteilen und Vorrichtungen unter Verwendung gängiger Verfahren wie Fräsen, Drehen und Schleifen
- Du richtest die Bedienung des CNC 3-Achs Fräszentrum ein und dokumentierst die Arbeitsvorgänge

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker:in im Bereich Spritzguss (Thermoplast) und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du hast Erfahrung mit der Reparatur/Optimierung von Spritzgießwerkzeugen
- Du besitzt ein technisches Verständnis sowie eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte, präzise und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst CNC Kenntnisse (Heidenhain Steuerung) sowie wünschenswerter Weise Erfahrung im Senkerodieren (PEG 90 Steuerung) mit
- Du gehst sicher mit MS-Office Systemen um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
