Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der Dreh- und Angelpunkt für unsere Kunden und findest auch in schwierigen Situationen kundenorientierte Lösungen
- Du kümmerst dich eigenständig um die Kundenberatung, -führung und Weiterentwicklung im Sinne einer integrierten Kommunikation
- Du bist Sparringspartner und erste Anlaufstation für die Themen deiner Ansprechpartner auf Kundenseite als auch agenturintern
- Du trägst die Verantwortung für einen Teil des Gesamtkundenbudgets
- Du analysierst Marktforschungsergebnisse und leitest daraus Zielgruppen sowie passende Maßnahmen ab und setzt diese entlang der Customer Journey um
- Du planst und steuerst deine Maßnahmen versiert und zuverlässig und hast die Erfolgskontrolle immer im Blick
- Du entwickelst On- und Offlinekonzepte für deinen Kunden und gestaltest diese sowohl isoliert als auch integriert
- Du erhältst perspektivisch die Möglichkeit dein eigenes Team zu formen und zu führen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Kundenberatung einer Werbeagentur oder Unternehmensberatung
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst Leidenschaft und Professionalität bei der Kundenberatung mit
- Du besitzt fundiertes Know-how der klassischen als auch der digitalen Medien
- Du zählst Engagement, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit gepaart mit einer analytischen und sorgfältigen Arbeitsweise zu deinen Stärken
- Du hast Kenntnisse der Versicherungs- / Finanzbranche oder die Bereitschaft sich in diese Themen einzuarbeiten
- Du bist erfahren im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen (z.B. Salesforce) sind von Vorteil

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
