- Du bringst bist für Teilprojekte verantwortlich und stehst in direktem Austausch mit unseren Kunden und deinen Kolleg:innen
- Du berätst unsere Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsmodellen, deren Prozessen und IT-Anwendungen
- Du stellst die Anforderungen an die Organisation mit dem Schwerpunkt Zahlungsverkehr und Payment Service Providing dar
- Du erstellst innovative und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen für effiziente Payment Service- und Zahlungsverkehrsprozesse
- Du reflektierst in einem sehr stark volatilen Umfeld der Finanzdienstleistungen die jeweils aktuellen Marktentwicklungen
- Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen und Kollegen und übernimmst interne Aufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsrecht)
- Du hast alternativ eine bankfachliche Ausbildung und/oder entsprechende Erfahrungen im Bereich Payment Service Providing
- Du hast erste Berufs-/Projekterfahrung in digital Banking und/oder der Payments-Industrie (z.B. im Card-Issuing, Acquiring, FinTech, etc.)
- Du verfügst über Erfahrungen in der Prozessoptimierung und der IT-Integration in PaymentProdukten
- Du bringst Kenntnisse im Zahlungsverkehr (z. B. SEPA, TARGET2) bzw. in den aktuellen regulatorischen Entwicklungen mit
- Du kennst dich mit innovativen Zahlverfahren wie z. B. Instant Payments aus
- Du hast erste Erfahrungen in der Einführung/Migration von neuen Geschäftsmodellen/Ertragsquellen im Payment
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für dich selbstverständlich
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse (Goethe-Zertifikat C1)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
