Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren und unterstützen unser Team im Bereich der Disposition (Teil- und Komplettladungen).
- Gemeinsam mit der Teamleitung stellen Sie einen reibungslosen Prozessablauf im Bereich der Transportplanung, Personalplanung und Qualitätssicherung sicher.
- Dabei behalten Sie die Wirtschaftlichkeit Ihrer Abteilung mithilfe modernster Tourenplanungs-Software stets im Auge und wirken aktiv an einer stetigen Prozessverbesserung mit.
- Sie setzen Frachtanfragen und Frachtangebote unserer Kunden in eine effiziente und bedarfsorientierte Tourenplanung mit Eigen- und Fremdfahrzeugen um.
- Sie sind ein wichtiger Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Kunden, Frächter, Fahrer und ausländischen Partnerspeditionen und stehen ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im Bereich der LKW-Disposition, bringen ein gutes Verständnis für logistische Prozesse mit und idealerweise erste Führungsverantwortung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich der gesetzlichen Gefahrgut-, Sicherheits- und Sozialvorschriften (Schwerpunkt: Lenk-/ Ruhe-/ Schichtzeiten)
- Sie beherrschen Englisch, gern auch noch eine weitere Fremdsprache
- Sie verfügen über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Excel
- Sie zeichnen sich durch wertschätzende Führung und gute Kommunikation aus

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
