Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen ein kleines kaufmännisches Team mit allem, was zur fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führung und Team-Entwicklung dazugehört
- Sie planen, steuern und überwachen eigenverantwortlich den gesamten Logistikprozess von der Einlagerung bis hin zur Kommissionierung inkl. der termingerechten Auslieferung an den Kunden in Abstimmung mit den Fachabteilungen und arbeiten stetig an Prozessoptimierungen
- Gemeinsam mit dem Team stehen Sie unseren Key Accounts im operativen Tagesgeschäft, sowie bei der individuellen Lösung von Kunden-Anliegen zur Seite
- Sie sind bei Reklamationen die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden und kümmern sich zusammen mit Ihrem Team um die professionelle Abwicklung und Kommunikation
- Sie werten in Abstimmung mit der Logistikleitung KPIs aus, leiten entsprechende Maßnahmen ab und setzen diese in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team und anderen Fachabteilungen um

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit, idealerweise im Bereich Spedition & Logistikdienstleistung
- Sie können erste Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Umfeld eines modernen Logistikunternehmens vorweisen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben Spaß am Umgang mit IT- und Prozess-Themen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
