Was erwartet dich?
- Gewährleistung eines sicheren Eisenbahnbetriebs
- Weiterentwicklung und Anwendung des Sicherheitsmanagementsystems (SMS) der Hafenbahn
- Entwicklung von Risikoanalysen, Sicherheitskonzepten und Umsetzungsplänen
- Kommunikation mit unseren Kunden, Dienstleistern und Aufsichtsbehörden
- Überwachung von Prozessabläufen und Erstellung von Analysen und Berichten
- Durchführung interner und externer Audits
- Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems
- Durchführung von Mitarbeiterschulungen
- Übernahme der Aufgaben eines stellv. Gefahrgutbeauftragten
- Operative und strategische Kooperation mit unserem Gefahrgutbeauftragten
- Überwachung der Einhaltung der Gefahrgutvorschriften
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung eines Gefahrgutjahresberichtes
- Schulung der Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung oder Studium, idealerweise in einem aufgabenrelevanten Berufsfeld
- Weiterbildung im Bereich Sicherheitsmanagement und/oder Qualitätsmanagement DIN EN ISO 9001 ff
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Gefahrgut wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Durchführung von Audits
- Berufliche Erfahrung oder zumindest großes Interesse am Thema Eisenbahn
- Kfz-Führerschein der Klasse B
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und beruflichen Qualifizierung
- Sichere sprachliche Kommunikation und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
