Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung und Steuerung von einem Teil des Produktteams hinsichtlich der Konzeption, Architektur und Implementierung neuer Features in den Produktstandard
- Du übernimmst die Nachverfolgung von Arbeitsfortschritten und von Ergebnissen der Entwickler (m/w/d), die du regelmäßig deiner Business-Unit Leitung berichtest
- Du analysierst und evaluierst Feature-Requests, konzipierst deren Umsetzung, betreust Senior sowie Junior Entwickler (m/w/d) bei der Umsetzung und bist selbst operativ als Entwickler (m/w/d) tätig
- Du bist, gemeinsam mit anderen Stakeholdern, für die Analyse möglicher bzw. tatsächlicher Fehlerquellen zuständig und beseitigst diese nachhaltig sowie qualitativ
- Du fühlst dich verantwortlich für die Qualität deiner Arbeit und sorgst für eine übersichtliche und gute Dokumentation deiner Implementierungen und Artefakte
- Du triffst wesentliche Entscheidungen, die du stets begründet präsentierst, gemeinsam mit deinem Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Softwareentwicklung
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Bereich „Developer Lead“
- Du besitzt bestenfalls ein grundsätzliches Verständnis für Entwicklungsprozesse, Ergebnisnachverfolgung und Kostenplanung
- Du kannst mehrjährige, professionelle Erfahrung mit Python, Java oder C++ vorweisen
- Du bringst ein grundlegendes Verständnis im Bereich Datenbankmodellierung sowie praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Design von Restful-APIs mit
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Software-Testing und bestenfalls ein Verständnis von Messaging Systemen (AMQP/Kafka)
- Du kennst dich aus mit gängigen Infrastrukturen, DevOps Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert (Gitlab, Jenkins oder andere)
- Du zeichnest dich aus, durch Motivation, ein Produkt von A bis Z umzusetzen und zu veredeln

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
