Wir suchen eine/n Mitarbeiter/in für unser 6-köpfiges Vertriebsadministrationsteam in Leipzig, welches für unsere Kunden in der DACH-Region verantwortlich ist. Deine Hauptaufgabe ist es, alle vertriebs- und kundenbezogenen Verwaltungsprozesse in der Region zu begleiten, um unsere Produkte in diesen Ländern zu einem wirtschaftlichen Erfolg werden zu lassen.
Was erwartet dich?
Du wickelst alle Verwaltungsvorgänge im Hinblick auf Dienstleistungen, von der Unterzeichnung durch den Kunden bis hin zur Zuweisung des Installationspartners und schließlich der Vertragsaktivierung ab
Du koordinierst nationale Installationen und bearbeitest Kundenbeschwerden bis zur Lösung
Du stellst korrekte Daten sicher und überwachst den Installationsfortschritt
Du koordinierst After-Sales-Aktivitäten für die bestehende Kundendatenbank
Du unterstützt die Buchhaltung bei der Klärung von Rechnungs- und Zahlungsfragen
Du nimmst aktiv am Customer Success Programmen zur Aufrechterhaltung langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen und Erneuerung von Serviceverträgen nach der ersten Vertragslaufzeit
Du unterstützt das Vertriebsteam in der Region DACH, zudem bist du Hauptansprechpartner für unsere Kundenbetreuer

Was solltest du mitbringen?
Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch & Englisch, 3. Sprache wäre ein Plus, aber kein Muss
Du hast mindestens 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
Du hast Verständnis von Geschäftsprozessen und die Fähigkeit, diese bei Bedarf zu verbessern
Du bringst ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten und Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem B2B-Umfeld mit
Du bist Stressresistenz in anspruchsvollen Situationen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
