Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kümmern sich um die Prozessanalyse und -planung zur Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe
- Sie führen die Fehleranalysen durch
- Sie zeigen Optimierungsmaßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Arbeitsabläufen und bestehenden Produktionsprozessen hinsichtlich Sicherheit, Qualität, Kapazität, Produktivität auf
- Sie übernehmen das Coaching, Training sowie die Motivation von Mitarbeitenden, Projektteams, Projektleitung, Fach- und Führungskräften
- Sie definieren aussagekräftige KPIs und sorgen für die Nachverfolgung und Verbesserung
- Sie erstellen und aktualisieren Verfahrensanweisungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie weisen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium vor.
- Sie haben idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Sie sind mit der Anwendung von Lean- oder anderen Optimierungstools vertraut
- Sie besitzen erste Erfahrungen in der Durchführung von Schulungen und Coachings sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf allen Hierarchieebenen
- Sie besitzen idealerweise Projekterfahrung im Bereich Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Line Balancing und VSM
- Sie zeichnen sich durch EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office), sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift aus
- Sie haben Freude am Austausch mit Kollegen anderer europäischer Standorte und Interesse an gelegentlichen Besuchen in Schwesterwerken

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
