Was erwartet Dich?
- Als Senior Produktmanager / Product Owner (m/w/d) treibst Du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Website hinsichtlich Usability, Funktionalität und Qualität voran - dabei sind Deine innovativen Produktideen getrieben von einem starken Kundenfokus
- Neben operativer Verantwortung für Deine eigenen Features - von User Story bis Go-Live - betreust Du übergreifend unsere Produktentwicklung (Jira Board) und planst die mittelfristige Roadmap in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung
- Du bringst Deine praktische PM-/PO-Erfahrung ein und agierst als Sparring Partner, Challenger und Coach innerhalb des Teams
- Du bist Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen und arbeitest eng mit unserem BI-, QA- und Dev-Team zusammen
- Mithilfe von internen sowie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen optimierst Du den Marken- und Produktauftritt und entwickelst konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Erfahrung im digitalen Produktmanagement konntest Du bereits sammeln
- Du bist ein kommunikativer Teamplayer mit hoher Eigenmotivation und einer Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du verfügst über sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und hast ein exzellentes Verständnis für komplexe, technische Sachverhalte
- Du hast Lust auf Verantwortung und kannst Dir gut vorstellen, künftig ein Team zu leiten
- Englisch und Deutsch beherrschst Du fließend
- Im Umgang mit Jira/Confluence/Excel bist Du sicher und Tools wie Google Analytics oder Figma/Adobe XD kennst Du idealerweise gut

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
