Ingenieur für die Projektleitung im Netzbau (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Projektleitung, Bauoberleitung und Bauüberwachung von Netzausbauprojekten
- Du verantwortest die Einhaltung der technischen Standards nach dem aktuellen Stand der Technik sowie die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Anforderungen, die Entwicklung von Netzkonzepten für Breitband- und Kommunikationsnetze (FTTx) auf Glasfaserbasis
- Du bist für die die termingerechte Durchführung der Planung und der Bauleistungen verantwortlich und übernimmst die Koordination und fachliche Führung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungsplanungen
- Du kümmerst dich um die Erstellung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen bis hin zur Vergabe der Leistungen, übernimmst die Koordination, Überwachung und Steuerung der Baufirmen in den Netzausbauprojekten
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Dokumentation, das Reporting und Controlling, die Aufmaß- und Rechnungsprüfung der Baudienstleister sowie die Erstellung erforderlicher Revisionsunterlagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschul- oder Fachhochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung verbunden mit Berufserfahrung und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Glasfasertechnik und Planungen
- Du hast bereits Projekterfahrungen im Bau von Infrastrukturprojekten und fundiertes Wissen über gültige Vorschriften und Richtlinien insbesondere der VOB und HOAI
- Du bist es gewohnt engagiert und teilweise unter Termindruck zu arbeiten
- Du bist flexibel, verantwortungsbewusst und begeisterungsfähig für neue Technik und Digitalisierung und zeichnest dich durch Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Du hast eine gewisse Reisebereitschaft und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
