Als Research Consultant im Recruiting (m/w/d) bist du für die Identifikation und Auswahl qualifizierter Fach- und Führungskräfte zuständig. Du arbeitest eng mit der Beratung zusammen, bist für die erfolgreiche Besetzung in der permanenten Vermittlung zuständig und damit am erfolgreichen Abschluss eines Auftrags beteiligt.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst die Zielfirmenliste in Zusammenarbeit mit der Lead-Beratung
- Du übernimmst die Projektbegleitung durch regelmäßigen Austausch im Team über den gesamten Ablauf des Mandats
- Du erstellst eine Shortlist für die Beratung inklusive Begründung
- Du bist für die Kontaktpflege und Korrespondenz zu Kandidat:innen sowie für die Identifikation potenzieller neuer Mandant:innen zuständig
- Du führst Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch
- Du bist für Direct Search sowie Identifikation und diskrete Ansprache qualifizierter Kandidat:innen (Telefonident und Recherche bei Xing, LinkedIn, Google etc.) inklusive Einholung des Feedbacks mit entsprechenden Bewerbungsunterlagen zuständig
- Du übernimmst die Datenbankrecherche und Ansprache von bereits bekannten Kandidat:innen auf die jeweilige Position
- Du betreust eigene Kund:innen, berätst sie bei der Rekrutierung von Fach- und Führungskräften und begeisterst potenzielle Kandidat:innen für die offenen Positionen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsrecht, BWL o.Ä. oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Qualifikationen im HR-Umfeld
- Du bist mit deinem souveränen und freundlichen Auftreten perfekt geeignet für professionelle Vertriebsaktivitäten
- Du beweist dein Vertriebstalent durch deine genaue, selbstständige und engagierte Arbeitsweise
- Du zeichnest dich durch Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit aus und bringst Loyalität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit
- Du hast bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Unternehmens- oder Personalberatung, im HR-Bereich oder der Bau- und Immobilienbranche gesammelt
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Excel, Word und PowerPoint
- Du hast verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Can I process my application afterwards?

No, companies can only see the applications they have received.
Can I also contact the company's contact person directly?
Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills. In the job search you can use the language filter to find jobs without German language requirements. It is also helpful to provide language certificates.
