Performance Marketing Manager - Remote (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Strategie und Konzeption für digitale Kampagnen sowie das Business Development in enger Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kolleg:innen aus der Strategie, Konzeption, Kreation und der Entwicklung
- Du verantwortest Umsetzung und Monitoring von digitalen Kampagnen und übersetzt Strategien in die passende Kampagnenarchitektur
- Du analysierst, optimierst und reportest digitale Kampagnen unter Berücksichtigung spezifischer KPIs und sorgst für das Onboarding von Kunden sowie Setup von Werbekonten
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in Berater:in für unsere Kunden in allen Fragen rund um Performance Marketing, aber ebenso für Kolleg:innen, führst Präsentationen, Pitches und Workshops durch und bist Bindeglied zur Geschäftsführung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Position mit Schwerpunkt Paid Media, bestenfalls im Agenturumfeld sowie über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich digitale Paid Media Kampagnen in sozialen Medien (Meta, TikTok, Linkedin und Pinterest) und weißt genau, welcher Kanal, welche Kampagnenarchitektur und welches Creative sich für das jeweilige Business Model eignet
- Du weißt wie man einen funktionierenden Funnel aufsetzt und du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
- Du bringst bestenfalls Kenntnisse im Bereich SEO/SEA, der Implementierung von Trackingstrategien (Google Tag Manager), Kenntnisse im Datenschutz (DSGVO) mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
