Als Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Operations-Bereich trägst du die Hauptverantwortung für unsere neuen und laufenden Parking-Projekte. Gemeinsam mit deinem Team sorgst du dafür, dass sich die Anzahl unserer aktiven Parkflächen stetig vergrößert.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du trägst die alleinige Verantwortung für Projekte während des gesamten Prozesses und bist verantwortlich für die technische Planung unserer Parkplätze
- Du steuerst interne und externe Ressourcen zur Sicherstellung des Projektfortschritts und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams im Operations-Bereich und darüber hinaus zusammen
- Du hinterfragst den Status quo und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
- Du berichtest an den Teamlead (m/w/d) und arbeitest eng mit den verschiedenen Teams zusammen
- Du bist für die fachliche Führung unserer Werkstudent:innen und Praktikant:innen verantwortlich und fungierst hier als erste Ansprechperson

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der (technischen) Betriebswirtschaft oder einen vergleichbaren akademischen Abschluss bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Techniker oder Handwerks-Meister (m/w/d)
- Du bringst 2 bis 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement oder Operations-Bereich mit
- Du verfügst über räumliches Denkvermögen, einen technischen Sachverstand und über eine Hands-on-Mentalität
- Du zählst analytisches Denken sowie strukturiertes und gründliches Arbeiten zu deinen Stärken
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst durch deine Proaktivität und durch dein lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Du hast ein sicheres Auftreten in der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Du sprichst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie sehr gutes Englisch und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
