Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie koordinieren ganzheitlich die Planung in allen Leistungsphasen und Fachbereichen und stellen die terminlichen, wirtschaftlichen, baurechtlichen und qualitativen Vorgaben sicher
- Sie denken bauliche Lösungen und die Umsetzung von Planungs-/Ausführungskonzepte vor und stellen das Berichtswesen, Termin- und Kostenmanagement des Projektes sicher
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Bedarfsanalyse, Aufnahme der Kundenanforderungen und aufbauende Einbindung von Fachplaner:innen
- Sie übernehmen die Projektleitung für anspruchsvolle Bauvorhaben u.a. im Bereich Gewerbe-, Industrie- und Wohnungsbau
- Sie fungieren als Schnittstelle zwischen internen Fachbereichen und Subplaner:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Abwicklung / Betreuung von Großprojekten sowie über Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Normen, Gesetze und Richtlinien
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen, Projektmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie punkten mit sehr guten Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeiten sowie einer organisierten und strukturierten Arbeitsweise
- Sie besitzen eine hohe Beratungskompetenz und ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zu interdisziplinärem Zusammenarbeiten
- Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Projektsteuerung (mind. 5 Jahre) mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
