Was erwartet Dich?
- Du erarbeitest, verifizierst und controllst unsere Softwareprojekte (Zeit, Budget, Ressourcen, Ergebnisse)
- Du verantwortest die Synchronisation der Einzelprojekte in einem Multiprojektmanagement (Gesamtüberblick, Abhängigkeiten)
- Du arbeitest an der Priorisierung des Product Backlogs mit
- Du planst Meilensteine und organisierst das Reporting in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
- Du leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen bzw. Änderungen der Zielvorgaben ein
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Geschäftsleitung, Vertrieb und Entwicklung, trägst maßgeblich zum Fortschritt der Software bei und koordinierst unterschiedliche Anforderungen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast Dein Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieur oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Organisation/ Projektmanagement erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du besitzst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise mit fachlicher Führungserfahrung oder im Branchenbereich Steuerberatung/Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Du zeichnest Dir durch Dein hohes Maß an Motivation, Durchsetzungsstärke und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen aus
- Du bringst gerne Ideen und Lösungen für die innovative Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Projekten und Vorgehensweisen ein

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
