Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust und unterstützt mit deinem Team unsere Kund:innen bei der Einführung unserer Softwarelösung
- Du erarbeitest konkrete Konzepte für die Implementierung, setzt diese mittels Parametrisierung unserer Module um
- Du berätst und unterstützt unsere Bestandskunden bei Systemupdates, der Einführung und der Anbindung neuer Systeme
- Du kommunizierst eng und eigenständig mit unseren Kund:innen sowie den Projekt- und Fachteams
- Du planst und leitest (Teil)Projekte bei Kund:innen und koordinierst das Projektteam (Senior Consultant)
- Du nimmst Ist-Prozesse auf und analysierst die Soll-Prozesse
- Du führst Workshops und Schulungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau sind erforderlich (Applicants must be fluent in German language C1)
- Du kommst aus der näheren Umgebung von Langen oder Dresden, oder du bist umzugsbereit. Da wir uns eine Teamarbeit vor Ort wünschen
- Du hast Erfahrung in einem der Bereiche Energiewirtschaftliche Abrechnungen, Rechnungswesen, Marktprozesse, Messstellenbetrieb
- Du verfügst über eine gewisse technische Affinität und hast die Leidenschaft, Projekte zum Erfolg zu führen
- Du fähig bist, dich schnell in neue Softwarefunktionen einzuarbeiten
- Du besitzt eine analytische und strukturierte Denkweise
- Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Kundinnen
- Du bist reisebereit und im Besitz eines PKW-Führerscheins bist

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
