Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten ein Team von Verfahrenstechniker:innen (m/w/d)
- Sie arbeiten eng mit Fertigung, Forschung und Entwicklung, Betriebstechnik sowie Qualitätssicherung und Qualitätsmanagement innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe zusammen
- Sie optimieren die Produktionsanlagen am Standort und bei Kund:innen
- Sie kontrollieren die verfahrens- und apparatetechnische Auslegung und entwickeln Neuanlagen
- Sie bewerten technisch und kommerziell alternative Verfahrenswege
- Sie überwachen die verfahrenstechnische Planung und Inbetriebnahme von Investitionsprojekten
- Sie übernehmen kaufmännische Aufgaben von der Angebotserstellung über Vertragsverhandlungen bis hin zu Vertragsabschlüssen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Verfahrenstechnik, des Chemieingenieurwesens oder des Chemieanlagenbaus
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der mittelständischen Industrie

Wir betreiben im Chemiepark Bitterfeld-Wolfen eine chemisch-thermische Produktionsanlage zur Herstellung von Silizium, Siliziumcarbid und verwandten Produkten. Wir verfügen über langjährige Erfahrungen und technologisches Know-how bei der Produktion von Silizium und Chlorsilanen für den Photovoltaik- und Halbleitermarkt. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
