Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fach-gutachterliche Planung und Begleitung unserer Gebäude-Projekte
- Dabei betreust du Boden- und Grundwassererkundungen sowie Sanierungs- und Rückbaukonzepten für Gebäude
- Du bist für die Marktbearbeitung und Präsentation unseres Dienstleistungsportfolios zuständig
- Du berätst unsere Key-Accounts und Neukund:innen
- Du unterstützt unsere Marktaktivitäten und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du leitest perspektivisch ein Team von ca. 10 Mitarbeitenden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen Masterabschluss in einem umwelt- oder geowissenschaftlichen Bereich
- Du besitzt mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Bereich Erkundung, Sanierung und Flächenrecycling
- Du hast ein Gespür für ganzheitliche Beratungsansätze
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung in der langfristigen Kundenberatung
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Geografischer Informationssysteme, VOB und HOAI
- Du zeichnest dich durch eine selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit technisch-wissenschaftlicher Anspruchshaltung aus
- Du trittst sicher auf und beweist Kommunikationsstärke
- Du bringst idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung bei der Führung eines Teams mit bzw. hast Interesse diese bei uns zu erlangen
- Du verfügst neben verhandlungssicheres Deutschkenntnissen (C1) auch über sehr gutes Englisch (C1)

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
