- Sind Sie bereit für den nächsten Schritt auf der Karriereleiter? Sie trauen sich zu, ein Team mit 2-3 Mitarbeitern zu führen und deren Interessen gegenüber der Geschäftsleitung zu vertreten?
- Sie sind in der Welt der Logistikberatung und Optimierung zu Hause?
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten und im Projektcontrolling
- Erschaffung eines inspirierenden Teamumfelds mit einer offenen und unterstützenden Kommunikationskultur
- Festlegung klarer Teamziele, Unterstützung bei der Auswahl und Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie die Weiterbildung bestehender Mitarbeiter
- Übernahme der Projektleitung für spannende Optimierungs- und Planungsprojekte in der Logistik. Dabei betreuen Sie die Kunden von der Konzeption und Feinplanung über die Vergabe und Werkplanung bis zur Installation und Inbetriebnahme
- Zudem verantworten Sie, je nach Expertise, die Entwicklung von Standortstrukturen, Layout-, Ausrüstungs-, Materialfluss- und Prozesskonzepten oder Logistik-IT-Lastenheften

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Kaufmännisches oder Ingenieurs-Studium, mit logistischer Ausrichtung
- Mindestens 5-jährige Berufserfahrung, gern bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Fähigkeit zur strukturierten Aufarbeitung und Präsentation komplexer Sachverhalte
- Gutes sprachliches und schriftliches Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch, Freundlichkeit, Verhandlungsfähigkeit, Motivations- und Führungsstärke
- Eigenverantwortung und Flexibilität für die überregionale Projektarbeit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
