Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst den aktiven Verkauf unserer Kunstwerke sowie die Bearbeitung von Anliegen unserer Kund:innen nach dem Kauf
- Du bietest unseren Kund:innen eine erstklassige und engagierte Beratung und baust eine dichte und kontinuierliche Bindung zu unseren treuen Stammkund:innen auf
- Du sorgst für ein einzigartiges Besuchs- und Kauferlebnis mit den kleinen Geschichten hinter dem Kunstwerk, hierfür richtest du auch vielfältige Events wie Vernissagen und Artist Talks aus
- Du analysierst Verkaufsdaten und hast die Verantwortung für Umsätze des Stores sowie für die kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer KPI´s
- Du übernimmst die Aufsicht bei der Hängung & Verwaltung von Lieferungen, das Management des Lagerbestandes sowie die Sicherstellung der Abläufe für das Auspacken, der Kontrolle und dem Verpacken von Exponaten
- Du stehst unseren Kund:innen auch online mit Chat und Video-Beratung stets mit dem besten Service zur Seite
- Du kümmerst dich um das Recruiting und die Einarbeitung von neuen Mitarbeiter:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine Ausbildung im Einzelhandel oder eine Qualifikation in den Bereichen Fotografie, Kunst oder Design mit
- Du konntest bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einzelhandel sammeln, Du berätst und verkaufst mit Leidenschaft, wodurch Du eine hohe Präsenz auf der Galerie-/Verkaufsfläche hast und Du konntest bereits erfolgreich ein Shop- oder Galerie-Team leiten. Wir setzen keine Vorkenntnisse im Kunstmarkt voraus, Deine Persönlichkeit und Deine Leidenschaft für unsere Themen zählt!
- Du begeisterst sowohl Kund:innen als auch Kolleg:innen mit Deiner positiven Art und proaktiven Arbeitsweise
- Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, hörst zu und erkennst schnell deren Präferenzen, auf die Du gerne in der Beratung eingehst
- Du hast ein sicheres, stilbewusstes Auftreten
- Du kannst in ruhigen Stunden auch strukturiert administrative Aufgaben übernehmen und behältst dabei den Überblick
- Du siehst in der Betreuung unserer Kunden nach dem Kauf eine große Chance zur Kundenbindung
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil)

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
