Trainee-Position für zukünftige Manager (m/w/d)
- Du unterstützt den strategischen Geschäftsbetrieb in produktspezifischen und übergreifenden Themen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Management und den Führungskräften zusammen, um die Unternehmensstrategie und -ziele zu erreichen
- Du übernimmst immer mehr Verantwortung und wächst in die Aufgaben eines zukünftigen Managers hinein
- Du entwickelst dich step by step in einem der Aufgabengebiete, das am Besten zu dir passt (Product Management, Business Development, International Management, Sales)
- Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Meetings und tauchst tief in Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen ein, um die Richtung für die Zukunft vorzugeben
- Du erstellst aussagekräftige Analysen, Verträge und Präsentationen
- Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem dezentralen Controlling
- Du unterstützt bei der Realisierung der Managementprozesse, Planung, Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Steuerung wichtiger strategischer und operativer Geschäftsinitiativen und Projekte

Fachwissen und Qualifikationen sind wichtig - Engagement und Persönlichkeit bringen Dich weiter
- Du hast einen herausragenden Studienabschluss in BWL, Jura o.ä. (zusätzlicher MBE oder MBA von Vorteil) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
