Was erwartet dich?
- Du identifizierst und akquirierst unsere Neukunden und pflegst die Beziehung zu unseren Bestandskunden
- Du führst eigenständig Vertragsverhandlungen im Rahmen der unternehmerischen Vorgaben durch
- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle zu unseren Kunden und identifizierst ihre Bedürfnisse und koordinierst deren optimale Umsetzung
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung diverser verkaufsfördernder Maßnahmen
- Deine Erkenntnisse aus deiner kontinuierlichen Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung nutzt du für die strategische Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens und die ständige Verbesserung deiner eigenen Vertriebsperformance
- Du wirkst bei Produktentwicklungen, -veränderungen und -einführungen mit
- Du nutzt die regelmäßige Teilnahme an Events wie Messen etc., um neue Märkte zu erschließen und den Absatz unserer Produkte zu fördern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über einen kaufmännischen Abschluss (Ausbildung und/oder Studium)
- Du hast Berufserfahrung durch deine mehrjährige erfolgreiche Tätigkeit im Vertrieb oder der Verkaufsförderung in der Konsumgüterbranche, idealerweise im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Du zählst Kreativität, Eigeninitiative und Selbstmotivation zu deinen persönlichen Stärken
- Du besitzt eine hohe Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie großes Verhandlungsgeschick
- Du bist in der Lage schnelle komplexe Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und kannst diese gut allgemeinverständlich kommunizieren
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement gesammelt und kannst sicher mit Microsoft Office umgehen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
