Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen Versorgungskonzepte und beraten Kunden (m/w/d) in Bezug auf die Gestaltung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Sie sind für die Erstellung von Anlageplanungen zuständig
- Sie führen die Bestandsaufnahmen vor Ort beim Kunden (m/w/d) durch
- Sie erarbeiten Konzepte und Lösungen in der Planung nachhaltiger gebäudetechnischer Anlagen
- Sie identifizieren Planungs- und Schnittstellenlücken
- Sie präsentieren die Projektergebnisse
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den anderen Fachbereichen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Energie- und Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit
- Sie haben Leidenschaft für die TGA
- Sie konnten idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im genannten Tätigkeitsfeld sammeln
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse im Bau- und Vergaberecht (HOAI, VOB, etc.) und hinsichtlich der einschlägigen DIN-Normen
- Sie erkennen komplexe Zusammenhänge und setzen Lösungswege um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
