We are a small team of 6 senior developers from five different countries
Your tasks
- You assess and bring improvements to the quality and security of our Web App, Mobile App, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) and APIs
- You analyze and clarify functional and nonfunctional requirements
- You take responsibility for all test cases, plans, etc.
- You shape and improve the long-term automated testing strategy
- You advocate for product quality within our cross-functional development team
- You coordinate the testing efforts of our Testers to ensure the delivery of quality features

Your profile
- You have 3 years experience in quality assurance, testing and debugging of complex Frontend and Backend Systems
- You are experienced in manual testing as well as automated testing
- You are able to get a quick grasp of complex technical systems
- You love to focus on details but you keep the business value of software in mind
- You are experienced with agile methodologies and understand your role in an agile environment
- You have very good communications skills to handle different stakeholders
- You are fluent in written and spoken English

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
