Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den technischen Part des Rollouts unserer globalen Datennetze (WAN) bevor der Service in den Betrieb übergeht
- Du kümmerst dich um die Konfiguration der Hardware und betreust den Kunden bei der Inbetriebnahme remote
- Du koordinierst gemeinsam mit dem Kunden, den Dienstleistern und den internen Schnittstellen die Durchführung der Arbeiten
- Du vertrittst in Projekten deinen Bereich und unterstützt als Spezialist
- Du schreibst und aktualisierst technische Dokumentationen für den Betrieb und den Kunden gehört zu deinen Aufgaben

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung (z. B. als Fachinformatiker) oder ein Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst schon Berufserfahrung mit, z. B. als Netzwerkspezialist, Network Engineer, Field Engineer oder ähnlichem und kennst idealerweise die Zusammenarbeit mit Carriern.
- Du besitzt ein solides Fachwissen im Bereich TCP/IP-Protokolle sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich VPN/LAN/WAN/SD- WAN und Know-How rund um Routingprotokolle (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Du hast eine Zertifizierungen für CISCO (CCNA, CCNP) und/oder Fortinet (NSE4)
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
